 Are you longing to step deep into the wild and let the mountains hold you for a while?

Join us in the heart of the Valhalla Mountains of British Columbia for a soulful backcountry retreat in the Kootenays. This is an invitation to slow down, breathe more fully, and reconnect - with the land beneath your feet and the quiet wisdom within.

We’ll spend two full days hiking with a local certified mountain guide, moving intentionally through alpine trails, forested paths, and wide-open mountain vistas. Each step becomes a practice in presence, reconnecting to the body, the breath, and the rhythm of nature.

Expect moments of challenge and ease, laughter and stillness, movement and deep rest - all held within the raw beauty of the Valhallas. This is time to unplug, recalibrate, and remember what it feels like to be fully alive in the mountains.
